Ishmael King is a comic book writer and illustrator in Houston, TX. His work is often characterized by quirky designs contrasting with more mature elements.

His latest project, Mousse & Wafer, follows the story of two children turned into killer dolls. They try to escape their new fate, but are faced with an existential dilemma: what is the point in mutiny if they are technically already dead?
